Availability

Harvest of Melon Acres Bi-Color sweet corn runs for 2-3 weeks beginning around June 23rd.

Packaging

Our sweet corn is packaged in burlap bags and wire bound crates. Each bag or crate contains 4-5 dozen ears. A pallet will contain 20-25 bags or 42 crates.

Post-harvest

All sweet corn grown and packaged at Melon Acres is hydro-cooled. As an added benefit, all corn is on ice in our cooler. This process prevents moisture loss and slows the hardening process. This allows us to deliver fresh sweet corn, bursting with sugary goodness, straight to your door.
